When it counts in your life, and you don’t want a lawyer who doesn’t care either way if you WIN/LOSE!!! You can depend on Mark to treat you like family and actually care about your outcome; then I would always recommend Mr. Tishberg. He honestly has stuck with me on several cases when I didn’t think I had hope and he came through with the best of unexpected results!!!! Criminal charges or civil suits I have only been disappointed by 1 result!!! And that he even beat on my appeal.
I was charged with a crime as it relates to a commercial property I owned hiring attorney Tishberg who was brilliant at trial and found not guilty in addition to a separate civil matter he won for me as, well. I have retained him as well for other civil matters all of which have been successful or had a positive outcome.
Fought both of my cases got charged dropped, felony charges amended to misdemenors. Got me Huber on both cases. And still continued to fight for me in Huber when the officers and employees gave me a hard time. He also got me out of Racine County Huber on a bracelet. We fought revocation, lost the first time then won the appeal. Highly Recommend Mark for any Criminal case.
You may want to do a quick google search of this guy before you pay him a retainer. His disciplinary history is some interesting reading. He is terribly disorganized
