Zero stars Spoke to a lady to get a referral and to say the least she lack professional. Also very hateful. If you hate your job then find another one. She could careless in helping anyone. Her advice was not helpful.
Waited for 20 min and the representative decided to listen to respond and assume what I was saying interrupt me then hung up disappointed on every level.
