Waste of time and taxpayer money. No one picks up the phone. You have to go to their office to get anything and even then they'll say they' "sympathize" but "unfortunately" can't do anything. Doesn't help zilch. Weasel words, if I've heard any. "People's Law Firm", LoL. Unless you've a big case or one that will make it to the newspapers and give them publicity, they'll find a way to get rid of you ASAP. The less you deal with the government, the better off you are. Good luck out there.
They do not do anything. They do not handle any kind of complaint. This is for you to vent and then shut up.
Another elected official has a answering system and nobody calls you back. Why do we put people in office and nobody calls you back they do not care about you. Just shows me and others only care about the money I will not be voting for her next time
