The fact I have been on the phone 7x since Friday on a $34 toll block that was paid and they dont have access to the receipt is wild!! Im so annoyed I want to cry becuase this system is beyond Unorganized
They never properly reviewed my proof to eliminate a debt in error from last year so the IRS took my refund this year. Took about 5 or 6 phone calls to sort that out to be told a check would finally be sent to me in a 8-10 week window. After 12 weeks, no check. Call again to be told that window was not correct and it could take months longer to get money that is rightfully mine they mistakingly took for an error they didn't do anything about. You call this office for something as simple as inquiring about a copy of background check you PAID and haven't received a month later and they want to talk to you like you're crap. They're so unprofessional & miserable at their job. They ask if you'd called about the topic before? What if you haven't? Obviously you need help! Then they hang up on you rudely! Horrible office. They probably work remotely under AC and still want to treat customers terribly.
