Updated MAY-19-2026. The car is in the shop, still none drivable, we are currently now over $14 thousand dollars total from this car, over $9,000 in repairs. every damn paycheck for the last 6 months has gone straight to fixing this car, now we are struggling to even pay our bills and to by the food we like to eat. 😢 All because we wanted to buy a car that we could afford and get to work. why call them they never answer they are just as negligent as my local police department
why have we not voted yost out... everything about this place is dreadful. you can't get ahold of someone and when you do, they are rude as hell. for someone who is supposed to be working for the people he sure doesn't do shit. update: I was finally able to get ahold of someone today, he was very helpful and gave me the information I needed. im hoping to not need to call back ever again, and most needs taken out of this position.
