Called the number and got someone who could barely speak English I believe she said that she was in India.
Rude black lady, she hung up on me after she told me for the second time that I have an accent. I told her she also has an accent, then she went into some temper tantrum and she hung up. Next call I will have recorded. Great job Ohio !!!!

received a letter in the mail saying I owe money for unemployment insurance, but I believe i am up to date on payments. I called the number listed online (didnt match the letter) to find out if it was a real letter or spam and spent hours on hold over multiple days. Yesterday when I finally got through to someone and they answered the phone after 35 minutes they answered and asked for an account number. I have been on hold since 8 am. It’s 1250 pm. I am off only today and have to get this done. Why is it so long to answer the phone?? Finally got someone to pick up at 2:46 pm. Mrs. Carter hung up on me. What the heck is going on down there? What terrible people skills. She told me I was lying about how long I had been on hold and about calling at 8 am. Give me someone to send the call log screen shots.
