Nobody actually calls you back
HORRIBLE. The state STOLE nearly $2,000 from my tax return last year that didn't belong to them, I MOVED out of Connecticut for years living and working completely out of the state. When I came home and got a job here, they went back and took all my tax money from when I was working out of state that they HAD NO RIGHT to take. I complained and never got any help at all.
