Rude, not very helpful.
Horrendous experience with this office. I mean horrible! I have never been reduced to tears calling the government for assistance. Mean, rude, black man answering the phones on 2 separate occasions and hung up on me once. Isn't this a government office.... Stealing people's income tax money acting mean and nasty when they call confused. Hiding behind the phones, I will not vote for whoever runs this office.
Gave me very little information on what I called about and couldn’t even direct me to the correct place that I needed to call.
