My experience with Emily was extremely disappointing. She over charges for minimal work, will not fight for you and cannot empathize with what you’re going through because she is not a parent. She forgets to deliver messages often or even get important documents signed by the judge. She actually refused to answer me for a few weeks because she didn’t like my attitude. I would recommend another family attorney if you’re looking for one.
Emily Ogden is an amazing family law attorney. Whenever someone asks me for a referral to smart and top notch family law attorney in Brevard County and surrounding areas, Emily and Ogden Law are my go-to referral!! Highly recommend!
