I was extremely taken back with emotion with the legal representation provided by this attorney. Communication was severely lacking, with numerous calls and emails left unanswered. Critical deadlines were consistently missed, and the attorney appeared unprepared for court hearings. These failures resulted in an unfavorable outcome for my case. I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the legal representation I received from David Slepkow and Slepkow Slepkow & Associates. During my case, Mr. Slepkow displayed a significant lapse in professional judgment. He advised me that the presiding judge should recuse themselves from my case. David is not professional. He suffers from different levels of mental deficiencies such as ADHD at the minimum and is not cut out to be in family law where as an attorney you need to do what is best for your client and not what is best for David Slepkow. In this case David Slepkow did what was best for David Slepkow and not for my family and I, his client who at that point paid him $5400 over the course of 2 hiring to which he had not even attained a picture for me of my child and of any sort of visitation.
