I retained David to work with me on a grievance and we parted ways. I found him very unprofessional, he did not communicate with me within his established timeframes and became defensive when I requested he needed to be more timely and responsive. He did not seem to care about me or my case.
I highly recommend Mr. Ostwinkle, he is a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer and will stand up for his clients rights.
