Mr. Ostwinkle handled an administrative grievance with my state agency. Without going into the details he accurately and specifically held the Department accountable in deficiencies and was able to bring my case to a preferred outcome. I could not have asked for or received better representation!
I retained David to work with me on a grievance and we parted ways. I found him very unprofessional, he did not communicate with me within his established timeframes and became defensive when I requested he needed to be more timely and responsive. He did not seem to care about me or my case.
