I’ve been waiting for a year and a half for any type of updates on my case. I’m still waiting. I’ve called dozens of times. Their office location has changed. Finally got through and scheduled a call back with Attorney Breault. I waited two hours after the scheduled meeting and have yet to hear back since. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I was told I can’t further my treatment until my case is closed. I have no idea when that will be.

My case has been through 4 different sets of hands without any real answers or assistance. Was told over a YEAR ago I was seeing Apex for nerve damage and still haven’t received any response in accordance. I was hit by a log truck and originally the settlement demand was over $200k ; now I’m being asked to settle for $60k and still haven’t received any answers about my problems while they sat there letting my case collect dust prioritizing bigger payouts for their pocket. This firm had an entire year to handle my case, yet they waited until the last possible moment to hand me off to a lawyer in Alabama—one who never even answered the phone. The transition was completely mismanaged; the new office informed me that they never even received my documents, meaning I was expected to go through the entire process of collecting police reports and other paperwork all over again.
