I’ve been waiting for a year and a half for any type of updates on my case. I’m still waiting. I’ve called dozens of times. Their office location has changed. Finally got through and scheduled a call back with Attorney Breault. I waited two hours after the scheduled meeting and have yet to hear back since. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I was told I can’t further my treatment until my case is closed. I have no idea when that will be.
My case has been through 4 different sets of hands without any real answers or assistance. Was told over a YEAR ago I was seeing Apex for nerve damage and still haven’t received any response in accordance. I was hit by a log truck and originally the settlement demand was over $200k ; now I’m being asked to settle for $60k and still haven’t received any answers about my problems while they sat there letting my case collect dust prioritizing bigger payouts for their pocket.
