I hired Bruce Warner for a child custody matter in August 2025 and it was the biggest mistake of my case. After paying a flat fee and waiting over 8 months, my case has moved nowhere. Despite providing specific leads on the other party’s location, his office failed to file a single proof of service attempt or a 'Diligent Search' affidavit with the court.Communication is non-existent. I would not recommend attorney Bruce Warner based on my experience. After 4 days of hiring him, I decided he was not a good fit for me and ended the representation.He has claimed that a significant amount of work was completed during those 4 days. However, it has now been over 30 days, and I am still waiting for a refund of any unused funds. I hired Bruce Warner recently and can say I am 100% satisfied with his services and how diligently he worked on my case to prevent my son from relocation. I see a lot of negative reviews against Mr. Warner but you have to understand he is an old school soul with not much room for bullshit. He is straight to the facts and doesn’t like to waste time on things that can’t be proven or are irrelevant to the case, some may consider this a fault or complain, however I see it as a necessary strength in the world of law. Warning: Be extremely cautious. This individual represented himself as a lawyer and pressured me to send money through Zelle. After receiving the payment, he stopped responding to my calls ,he yelled at me on the phone, did not send agreement and did not return the funds. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. I later discovered his Florida Bar license is suspended. Attention!!! In 2014 and again in 2025 disciplined from the Florida Bar!!!!!! Florida Bar v. Bruce E. Warner,” with case no. 2023-50,604(17B). Never hire him!!! The worst Laywer I ever had. He only is present to charge the client. He has represented me in a divorce case. But the word representing its far a way from this what he doing. My advice: stay a way from this Laywer. It’s now 6 years and still he having changes nothing. When Im reading the reviews it’s a shame that this Person still practices law.
