Thus far, we have been majorly disappointed. The initial meeting with Barb went so well, we were excited to have her. We pulled the money together to pay her. (Not small money) Well nothing she told us when she met us has come to fruition yet. She spoke of so many things she would do yet didn't do a single one. She doesn't read our emails thoroughly and that is the only way to communicate with Barb. You can tell because what she responds with doesn't even make sense half the time.
