Arthur is an extremely knowledgeable and definitely in my opinion one of the best in San Diego. Absolutely a pleasure to work with him and he keeps it short and simple with a goal to resolve the cases in the best way possible for his clients. Just ended the call with Mr. Stone. Rude, short, coupled with an unwelcoming demeanor and a condescending attitude. Our short chat was can be both discouraging where the communication felt very stifeld where I felt hesitant to express myself or ask questions. as all of his curt responses felt dismissive.
Arthur is a no non sense kinda guy. I felt like I was talking to my uncle lol. He’s going to give it to you straight and not beat around the bush. If your case is F’d then he will tell you straight up unlike these other guys who jerk you around. I appreciate his candor and straight forward attitude. Hard to find these days.
