One lie after the next and absolutely no communication. Also telling me one figure they could no doubt get and then was over 25k difference? I would highly suggest to anyone to run away from the joke of a law firm!!!
Was not satisfied. Took 7 months to settle a small car accident case and was told my daughters injuries wasn’t worth more than she’s getting. Mr. Whaley himself said this is me and my daughter. He didn’t fight for her cause cause of his personal feelings about her injuries and the fact that she is only 20 years old. Would never recommend this attorney
