Wonderful company. Bought a few HBA cards and then struggled with blue screen on a SAS expander connected to a windows server machine and they analyzed my logs, sent me a beta driver that fixed the issue. This was the only tech company I dealt with in the last few years where I felt that I talking to a human on the other end who knows and cares about their product.
Terrible support for purchased product. Noone reply email.
A great company like Atto should have a recording on their telephone .
