The brokers on the phone, first Anita and then Mitch, were rude and evasive and they tried to triple my premiums because of their mistakes. I do not recommend this sleazy company especially for seniors.

If I could leave minus stars I would. My mother -in-law passed away and they would not cancel her insurance even after all paperwork they requested was sent to them. They were very ignorant and harrassing. Her vehicle was already insured with a new owner and different company. They did not care and even sent out new insurance papers. They owe about 6 months of insurance payments back to us. If you are looking for insurance cheap is not always the best. BEWARE!
