Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my son’s recent dental treatment. Before his appointment, I clearly informed the front desk receptionist that I did not want any silver fillings or silver-colored materials placed on my son’s teeth. I specifically requested white, tooth-colored fillings. Unfortunately, my instructions were not followed, and my son came home in significant pain.
