i absolutely dread having to call this place. i usually sit on hold for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. the message that im forced to listen to adds salt to the wound. thanked for my patience 100s of times. it actually gives me anxiety and makes me a little sick to my stomach every time i have to call, really really. sometimes “oops” they cut you off after waiting for 15-20 minutes. RIDICULOUS!!!! I HAVE A BROKEN ANKLE! and i give up! i have spent an hour and a half minimum today trying to talk to a person 1/12/26 ITS CRAZY

Dr. Benjamin Vaughan is the best and his assistant nurse. They're very compassion for their patients and listen all I have to tell them, and look for solutions. The front desk they're all sweethearts.
I was honestly very skeptical about going to this practice because of some of these reviews. I decided to see how it was for myself and if it was as bad as they say, go elsewhere. I know every experience is different, but I have had nothing but an amazing experience with every single person in this building. There hasn’t been one unpleasant encounter. DO NOT ask a question or discuss an ongoing issue to get an RX filled during your free annual physical- they charge you a separate office visit charge on top of your free annual physical. So now we have to pay $100+ bill because he asked for a prescription for an ongoing issue. The rude woman at the billing office ( not the Dr's office) legit said " ok then we'll see you in court" when I said it was ridiculous.
