Pros: Excellent pre-procedure RN staff, doctors, and overall experience were all excellent. RN Katie did a great job explaining how the procedure would go, and put my mind at ease. Cons: Letter I received said to arrive an hour before my procedure, but the office told me 30 minutes when I called. Upon arrival, they mentioned it was 60 minutes. (This may be unique to the 1st appointment of the day) Also, they give you feedback about the procedure after you wake up post surgery. No family member was allowed in the recovery roo... read more
The front desk customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The woman (Kim- the name she provided) answering the phone was dismissive and rude, she continually "rushed" me off the phone without putting an effort in to help resolve my issue. I called a total number of 12 times with No resolve. I ended the phone call literally crying, wondering why she (Kim) would work @ an office that deals in such a "Sensitive Area" and could be so very "rude" and "insensitive." I only gave one star because they never answer the phone… and when you do go in for an appointment the front front desk staff are rude,they act like they really don’t wanna be there if they hate their job that much they should seek a new job not dealing with patients or the public. The Dr. and Leslie are both great
