I only gave one star because they never answer the phone… and when you do go in for an appointment the front front desk staff are rude,they act like they really don’t wanna be there if they hate their job that much they should seek a new job not dealing with patients or the public. The Dr. and Leslie are both great

I have never been able to get through, always have to leave a message, for almost 1 1/2 YEARS I've been trying to get in for a colonoscopy and they never ever call back! I've gone to Sturdy Hospital for other procedures and have had exceptional experiences but the gastroenterology department is awful...how are they still in business when they don't call back?
This office is the more unresponsive medical staff I have encountered in a long time. I left 3 messages for call back yesterday; and no one returned my call. After several more attempts I finally found the individual I need to talk to and left a couple of messages. She finally returned my call, but I was out. So I'm trying again today and no response yet. I'm trying to reschedule a procedure that THEY cancelled and I'm not having any success. Do they ever return calls??? So frustrating!!!!
I’m currently receiving medical treatment from this location. Very caring and courteous staff! Leslie Wood, her Nurse Practitioner, and her team have been incredible.
