I was impressed with the set up, all the different rooms and cleanliness were promising and inviting. The chairs in the waiting room were like heaven. Me and another patient were amazed how awesome the chairs were. Best office I've ever seen, and I've been to a lot. Just a little miscommunication, I needed my referral and it was at home, so they were very accommodating and let me run home to grab it. No biggie. I called Friday August 8th to schedule an appointment and got an appointment quickly for August 10 at 8am. I was called the day before to confirm appointment which i appreciate. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff and new receptionist was very very kind and friendly. The original doctor i saw for my first consultation wasn't in today but the doctor who saw me today was very very exceptional. Considering my interaction with the receptionist today, I would be inclined to give a one-star rating.. I had been communicating with Dr. Singh via email to arrange an appointment, and I subsequently contacted him by phone on June 27, 2025. He initially scheduled my appointment for Saturday, July 5th. However, I inquired if it could be changed to a Sunday due to transportation issues. Dr. Singh kindly accommodated my request and rescheduled the appointment for Sunday, July 6th, at 10:00 AM. Wow !!! Can't give higher than 5 sadly. Dr Wong is amazing. I've had a root canal and other dental work done in the prior years. After antibiotics for a week amd severe pain, I had my appointment today. Im so relieved and now can happily say I am happy to have further work done. Almost painless, wow even the numbing was so flawless. The middle of procedure and the nerve condition, I did feel it and she immediately took the necessary steps. 3 hrs later and my face isn't pounding .
