The nursing (Linda) was excellent. The aids were critically understaffed and despite their best efforts they could not respond in a timely manner. Despite specific dietary requests the wrong meals were sometimes served; physical therapy was excellent, Occupational therapy was excellent. We particularly liked the beautician. Samantha & Sharry were excellent.
My aunt is there and on my visit today there was a few staff members who went out of their way to help he,and me, to work out some difficulties we were having. I thank them very much for caring about her.
This community is wonderful.
