The team at attkisson has went above and beyond for me after a company sent the transmission (the wrong one) they took time and helped me prove to the company it was wrong. Can’t thank them enough.
After being taken advantage of by other shops in the area (avoid Pro Toy and Fred’s Garage at all costs!), I decided to give Attkisson Automotive a chance, and I’m glad I did. They did a great job rebuilding the transfer case in my 2005 Sienna after Protoy installed a leaking unit in it just over a year ago, and they refused to help me or take any responsibility. I recently had some rodent damage to my vehicle. I originally took it to Toyota of Knoxville. After my 4 runner being there with minimal communication for 4 days, $300 bill and an estimate to do $800 more of testing and still not real evidence to what had been done.
