In general it is a good place, quiet, I love the apartment, the maintenance service is good and in general it is friendly.The bad thing is that there is not much control over the residents, I understand that the administration cannot control everything, but I have reported many times that neighbors leave their garbage outside the apartment at times that are not "permitted" or garbage that is not taken away and disposed of maintains.In general, it seems like a good place.
Been living here for more than an year and so far it’s been great especially when Cortland took over the maintenance and there are quick and effective. Office staff is nice and friendly. I would certainly recommend this place to live.

Was a resident since 2018. Family needed more space so we moved out. The property was great and has slowly gone down hill.
