I can't honestly rate this shop on cuts and such because no one called me back when I called to inquire about grey transitioning and schedule an appointment. Can only assume it happens often since this is the second time it's happened to me. It certainly won't happen a third. People's Salon &Spa however answered my question and scheduled an appointment on my first call. Your loss Attitudes.
