Very disappointing service and bad facial.The therapist doing my facial did not seem trained. It felt like she had no idea about facial care. I've been getting massages and facials for many years and have never had such a poor experience at any salon. When I let the therapist know how I felt she said they can give me a discount for the poor service. Recently had a deluxe pedicure here and the therapist was great to talk to super friendly. However, not sure what the deluxe part was of this pedicure that in it self costed $78 and then on the way home I get a phone call and it was an additional $64 for a previous shellac removal and the gel polish (total $138.). Overall my gel polish looks average and the removal of my previous shellac was done with a nailfile and was an exfoliant scrub. Had a lovely first visit to Attitude. I had a 1 hour relaxation massage and it was so relaxing. Clean and welcoming environment and I left feeling rejuvenated and fresh. Thank you again! I will be back!
