I received personal calls from guest services and company leadership, which speaks volumes about their commitment. The maintenance‑related reviews don’t tell the full story; this team genuinely cares about their guests, and it shows in how thoughtfully they respond. Thank you again for your support.

Stayed 1 night because of a wedding near by, did not get to use the amenities but they looked clean and nice, property was very clean. Manager let us check in early lady at desk including manager were extremely nice. Room was very nice accommodating and clean. Stayed in a studio. Only complaint I have is when opening the fold up couch there was crumbs all over it on the bed so clearly that wasn’t cleaned. I would defiantly stay here again and use the amenities. This property has fallen into disrepair. Timeshare units are effectively worthless on the resale market. Some of the representatives are friendly, some not so much. Outdated dog policy and when you ask for help: we can't help you because then we would have to help everyone. Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere. As far as their response, much like all their responses, it doesn't address the actual issues. Stay away, particularly if you're consindering a timeshare.
