The atrocious service provided by the self-proclaimed hotel manager, Anna Laplanche, is obvious to anyone reading these reviews. We were given a disabled room which we didn't ask for, the disabled bathroom didn't have adequate drainage for the flat floor shower and resulted in the whole bathroom flooding each time someone wanted to shower. The tv in the bedroom didn't work was a black screen and no channels. The bedroom only had half a door you could see where it had been broken off its hinges. What exactly do you mean by "abusing us on the phone"? My friend and I never used any abusive language whatsoever. We simply asked for your upper management’s contact information to resolve this issue fairly, and you have been running away from it ever since. This was the worst experience of my whole life. Beware of your $200 bond!! We stayed for 7 days and the housekeeping staff never cleaned the room, changed the towels, or provided any cleaning supplies. And they'll still charge you $200, even if you only leave a few tissues and a small pile of stuff on the table, it's really ridiculous!!! The manager Anna lacked any sense of hospitality.
