I made three calls. Three times they said they would get back to me. Not once did they return my call. That’s not a way to run a business let alone a law firm. UPDATE: Apparently, from the owner’s response, he would rather deflect blame than accept responsibility. Any prospective client should take notice. If he calls someone telling his assistant that they will leave a Google review after three unanswered attempts, then he has a very self-serving definition of “threat.” Also, Hennepin County is most certainly in Minnesota. ... read more
