I talked to Sal on the phone. He was straight to the point, no beating around the bush. I liked what he offered and for the price. I got a rodent attic bundle, insulation removal, sanitation, new insulation installation, rodent proofing the house, new air duct replacing and air sealing . I would recommend them to others. Cristian and his team were quick and efficient. Started around 11: 00 am and left around 2:00pm. They did a lot of work and so far it has been a week and I am still happy with the results.

Do not use this company if your primary goal is rodent exclusion. I spent over $5,000 with Atticare because I wanted a rodent exclusion solution. Instead, I ended up with a confusing and frustrating experience that left me questioning whether the primary service I hired them for was ever properly performed. During the sales process, I was told that rodent tunneling had been identified under my home and that rodent-proofing measures would be performed. Wilson, the Attic care person came, was very thorough in his job, sealed all the places of entry of rodent! Was patient to answer my questions too.

Truly terrible. Had them replace attic insulation and sanitize and rat proof our attic. Did a terrible job on all three tasks; two years later and I’m having to redo the work.
