I contacted Atticare after seeing good reviews from other San francisco homeowner. My attic had very old insulation and visible dust buildup. The inspector who came out looked at every corner and showed me photos so I could actually see the problem areas. Before hiring Atticare, I spoke with three other companies, and none of them felt as organized or knowledgeable. Sean the technician was great, and walked me through every step of the process and answered all my questions without rushing me. The price was fair, transparent, and exactly what was promised — no surprises. The rodent work was done professionally and the team clearly knew what they were doing. I’m very happy I went with Atticare and my Rat issue is definitely resolved!
So glad that we finally had the attic insulated. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable and worked like clockwork to clear the debris from a previous roofing job. The clean up was thorough and only took a few hours. So far I can feel the difference as there aren’t any drafts. We will see how our utility bills look over the winter and how warm the house feels now that the weather is getting colder. We have a PSEG weather assessment scheduled. Wilson & crew arrived on time & finished within 5 hours. They were hired to remove all popcorn insulation in my attic, rodent proof it all & install new insulation. The crew of 3 including Elmer are all hard working individuals. I would definitely recommend them for future projects. Definitely request Wilson's crew when contacting them.
