I honestly wouldn’t even give 1 star, I’ve been in the fluid power industry for many years, you guys win the award of actually being the worst company I have worked with, customer service sucks, lack of communication from your surplus buying manager and she continuously gave me a run around for weeks, it should of originally took 40 minutes at that but hear we are months later, yeah this is my first and last time, now I’m understanding why people don’t like doing business up north, a completely legit argument.
We were struggling to find replacement parts for a pair of large pumps. We contacted Hydraulex and they said they should have the parts in stock and could provide us with a quote within 48 hours. It took over 3 weeks of us having to continuously call them before they finally no-quoted the repair and wouldn't even give us the courtesy of sharing any information they had collected.
