We had demolitioning and the removal and installment of insulation in the mostly finished attic of my 1900s house done through them. We 100% recommend this company and will be using them in the future. During the demolitioning part of the attic a few issues devoloped (such a a chimney that we thought was removed when we bought the house, but was only partial removed and partially sealed). I got four quotes for what I needed done in my attic—everyone told me slightly different things needed done. The owner was patient and willing to explain why he recommended what he did. Additionally, this quote was 1/4 the price of another quote I got. I was hesitant when they first came out, but after sharing my concerns with the owner, he explained that the person he sent out was just taking pictures for him to diagnose and assured me that the people doing the work were competent. Attic solutions insulated our garage attic. It only took a few hours, they were considerate, they used great products, and they came when they said they would. We are more than pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
Matt was great to work with. They were able to get us in within a few days of us calling to get a quote, the quote came back fast, and they were very price competitive with several other locals in town. After deciding we wanted to move forward he got me in within 2 days and that was around Christmas! I had attic solutions remove and replace all the insulation in my attic. The men who came to do the work, Mike and Don were courteous and professional in their interactions. The price was fair and the work complete. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if need arises.
