So I'm pretty freaking annoyed, my stuff was stolen out of our storage unit within the past couple weeks. If anyone is using Attic SelfStorage here in Greencastle, i would check your stuff. Someone used the empty unit beside us to get into ours so having a lock doesn't do anything apparently. They don't care about you and they'll just take your money and not make sure the place is secure or get cameras. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
My card expired and my autopayment didn't go through. After 14 days they said they were going to auction off my stuff and would not accept payment. Couldn't get a hold of anyone to accept payment and the phone number in the generated texts was saying 'disconnected" when I called. Website was down for maintenance when I tried to pay online. Now that I have a correct number, the people on the other end have no clue what's happening and can't answer any questions/don't know.
