Excellent customer service and communication. Mike inspected our attic and crawl space on one of the hotter days here in the PNW. He was professional and friendly and answered all my questions regarding the whole house fan. That same evening I received different proposal options to best fit our needs. 5 stars for Attic Peojects.
We had a very good experience with Attic Projects, and I especially recommend them for their generous warranty. We initially had new insulation put into our attic in 2023, and that experience went really well. Two years later we noticed a problem with the venting in our bathroom, and Attic Projects was very prompt and responsive. They made multiple visits to our home and fixed the issue with the bathroom venting. We paid nothing extra, everything was covered by the warranty. Highly recommend.
Dan did an excellent job of explaining my options and helping me to understand the issue at hand and make an informed decision about what was needed. He was not pushy, but professional and knowledgeable. Excellent work!
