Dan Howard, was the utmost professional when he arrived. He introduced himself and took the time to hear our situation. Our home had challenges in the tight crawl spaces and he never hesitated to get in and get the information needed to assess the issue we were having. He explained the situation we were up against so it was very clear to us and I appreciated that very much.

Scott inspection was very thorough and identified issues. I was very relieved that what i thought was needed, was not. He was very honest.
We recently had Scott Bondy out to our home to look over a potential mold issue in our attic. Scott did a thorough inspection with pictures and educated us on mold remediation protocol and even inspected our crawlspace for any anomalies that needed to be addressed as well. 5 stars to Scott.
