The service team that performed the work was OK, I had to point out a few vents from roof, etc.. that were not sealed. However, I had a question about what's the guarantee less than a year after work completed. Crickets. No answer no response. But you'd think after paying over $4K you'd get something. Not sure if they're still in business, but make sure you get these guarantees before giving them a dollar. Because after that, as far as you're concerned to them. You don't exist. Job performed: Basement vapor barrier, floor insulation and rodent control. Great Leadership and know how resulted in a great team who performed great job! Very responsible on what was done. I have no reservation having them to do another job for me as needed.

We suffered pretty bad smoke damage in our house from the Kincaid wild fire in Northern California. We had several insulation companies come out to give bids and none of them could get the job done very quickly. Vlad came out and gave us estimates. He seemed very honest and professional. We ended up using Attic Perfect for the attic insulation replacement and, even though there was water under the house, they managed to do duct replacement in the crawl space. I rarely leave a negative review, but this business has been the worst in their responsiveness and professionalism. We are under warranty, but they don’t are unresponsive. We finally (after months of email and calls) got them to schedule a visit and no one showed up. I will be reporting them to BBB and do my best to give others a heads up before engaging with this business.
