We recently had Attic Group transform our roof space into a clean sealed dust-proof attic storage area, accessed via the stairladder deluxe attic ladder, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We finally now have so much space for everything! The quality and installation workmanship by Luke were excellent, and the team provided expert service from start to finish. Had Josh come out and do a quote, i specifically mentioned i don't want the ladder, he said no problem, i paid my deposit, Danny came out the next day and said he couldn't complete the job, asked for a refund of my deposit, said they would process the refund the following wednesday, called on wednesday to confirm, was told someone would call me back, but no one did. Please refund my deposit for the work you quoted but couldn't complete. Thanks
If you are trying to call them - good luck. Not picking up the phones, not answering any messages left on voicemail.
The work was carried out great, but the office staff are hopeless at replying to emails, emails take weeks to reply to unless when you owe them money.
Really pleased with the whole job from Dane, explained everything he was doing, has done a great job, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend
