Attic ladder install in 2020 was a bit of disaster and they had to get a second installer to come back and re-install. Fast forward to 2024 and the ladder keeps dropping down about an inch after pushing it up. Contacting them via email for some advice on how to fix…they have chosen to ignore me. Disappointed install and after sales service…I will not recommend and will not use again.

Apparently this is an acceptable way to park. Called the company to try and track down the driver of the vehicle so they could move. I had to wait around in the cold and the driver never came back. I’m 8 months pregnant and had to squeeze my way into the drivers seat because I got fed up with waiting. I then had to a ridiculous amount of turns in order to get out of the car spot without damaging my car. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been trying to spend my money with attic group Adelaide for 6 months. First time I tried they told me they couldn’t get me a quote for 6 to 8 weeks. Second time recently I sent an email from their website they rang me back I missed the call I rang back got told I was being put through and just went to voicemail left a message and no call back. We are now the proud owners of a 9 foot attic space for storage and an Illume solar skylight. Although it took a few months for both products to be installed after paying our deposit, we are very happy with them. The guys who installed both items were punctual, polite, capable and respectful. We are happy customers.
