I left this review based on my personal experience. My concerns are genuine, and I believe it’s important to share my rating so others can make informed decisions.
Rex came out last spring to give me an estimate to insulate my older house. He was very knowledgeable helping to make sure I understood where my insulation level was at. He made suggestions of what the plan of attack should be. He also answered my additional questions as they came to mind. He and his crew came out last week and put 2/3 more insulation into my attic to bring it up to code. They were all such a blessing, answering questions and explaining the procedure as they went along. I always have extra blankets available... read more
Rex was very detailed with his explanation and quality of work. We are very pleased and his prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.
Rex was great to work with. He scheduled a time to meet less than a week from when I called. He came to my house and reviewed a problem we had within our attic. Total time was probably 30 minutes. He explained everything that was going on - what was good and working adequately, and what was deficient and potentially causing problems. He gave his honest recommendation for what would remedy our problem and did not try to sell me on any of his services or extra.
