We had rodent activity in our attic and crawl space. The Attic crew cleaned, disinfected and replaced all the insulation. It seems to have helped our heater's efficiency. They closed all the gaps, sealed the ceiling lights, and fixed the bathroom fan exhaust ducting. They all did a great job, especially the crew lead Ricky Sanchez. We are very happy.

Attic crew did a wonderful job insulating our attic. Ricky and his team removed the original 1960's material, removed mold, sealed everything, added a bathroom vent and new insulation. We qualified for PUD rebates and they are a certified PUD contractor that managed the rebate process. The estimator, Tomer, and Ricky were very informative, professional and great communicators. We highly recommend their services.
We had our crawl space cleaned out, rodent-proofed, a new moisture barrier installed, the air ducts cleaned, and the pipes insulated. Basically, Ricky and his crew came early in the morning and took care of everything for us. The work was done very professionally, with proper isolation of the work site. I’m very satisfied with the results.
