We pay consignors 60% on all sales over $200, and 50% for sales less than $200.

Terrible service! I left my necklace for a simple repair that involves just connecting the chain without getting any additional parts, and they couldnt do even this basic action. Plus, nobody even bothered calling me about it although they said they will. I had to go there to see if its ready to find out nothing was done. I am pretty sure they didnt even try to. If you want any jewelry repair and good customer service, don't waste your time in this place!
Terrible place to go to sell any jewelry. He was supposed to hold it for 15 days if you change your mind (this is a law and he even told me about it) but he conveniently "misplaced" or "lost" some of my stuff less than 24 hours later when i realized I made a mistake selling to him and he didn't give me a fair price. How do you lose something in less than 24 hours? It's because he knew he underpaid for it and he probably already sold it himself.
