SCAM BUSINESS! Absolutely horrible company do not use. I have reached out via phone call, email, certified letter in every way imaginable to close out my storage unit. I cleared out my unit June 29, 2026 and informed them that I am through with the unit. Here we are August 1 and they are still charging me. When I finally Got them on the phone they said I will leave a note and they will Make a determination and call you back and let you know if we can close out the unit. I was baffled.
