Dr. Samuel Attia clearly agreed to see my 9 month old son for a Circumcision. It was also clear that we wanted the procedure done before the new year. He charged our insurance company for the consultation and then told us he does not perform this procedure on children under a year old. He then asked us to come back next year for another Consultation. What a joke! He just wanted the money and wasted our time. I highly suggest you go some where else.
