I'm new to this clinic. I've been a couple of times, and the front desk staff are boring and annoying. The nurse is the same; they're always glued to their phones and make me take my own blood pressure while she's chatting. For my last appointment, I arrived at 12 pm and wasn't seen until 3 pm, but it was worth the wait. I ignored the employees who seem to hate their jobs because Dr. Priscila Serenity is very good. Great service. My mom and I were able to walk in and got taken care of without having an appointment. Everyone was very kind and patient, from the front desk to the provider who was very informative and attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for GYN services.
Dr. Cahava is such a wonderfully peaceful soul. She is very thorough, patient and compassionate. And super personable as well as professional. The entire staff, also, is to be commended for their care and professionalism. I am so comfortable recommending Attentive Midwifery, P.C. and especially, Dr. Cahava wholeheartedly.
