The folks were nice enough and accommodating; however, when you are dropping $2200 for chimney liners, you expect a little bit more from the service. They ended up having to come to my house three times for service over the course of two months to complete the job (something wasn't fitting correctly in the chimney, wrong measurements). Their third visit may have never happened if I hadn't called and reminded them that the job was unfinished.
