After spending over an hour on the phone with reps from ATT and T-Mobile at the same time trying to get my service ported from ATT to T-Mobile, and that was just today, and ending up with the numbers ported but my phones still locked, I called this location just before closing and got to Charlie. He did more for me in 15 minutes than 5 others had done in 2 days, working 10 minutes after closing time. He made me wish I wasn't leaving ATT. If I could give 0 star I would. The service I received was absolutely mortifying. I went through all the steps. Had it all scheduled with an aide to start on Monday March 18th. The aide was suppose to come over the day before on a Sunday for meet and greet and to allow me to show them around the house. She never came and never called. The agency said they have 24 hr hotline and no one called me back until the next day only to tell me that the person they had for my mom felt the drive to my house was too far.
