A+. Had a hot water heater failure. Matt went above and beyond to find me a great new heat pump hot water unit, and was able to secure rebates for a significant cost savings. Removal of old and installation of new by the technicians was approx. 3.5 hours. Matt understood the urgency and got the job scheduled promptly. Everything is great. Would give more stars if I could.
