My experience was quite disappointing. All I wanted was a cleaner to come in once a fortnight for 3 hours for a basic vacuum bathroom and kitchen clean. When speaking with the owner, as friebdly as she was on the phone, she spent a long time trying to upsell me to a spring clean package which was waaaaay beyond our $$ means and not what we were looking for.
