2 stars because the staff and doctor seemed nice. They extended my appointment time and added on extra fees during a new patient visit that were not disclosed before hand. This was my first clinic visit EVER, so I had no idea. This is also something that is broken in the medical industry in general it seems. And I accidentally upset April on the phone because she misheard me say something, so they are also a wee untrained. sigh.
Underwhelmed, ultimately as my trusted prescriber made a smart move and has been much more accessible since departing from this clinic.
I wanted to love this place. The providers are great and the office staff is great, especially April, but they use an out of state billing company in Oklahoma to do their billing and it is impossible to get a hold of someone in Oklahoma to get help or even ask a question! I’m planning on seeking treatment somewhere else just because of their billing situation.
The NP that had been treating me left, nobody else there takes my insurance so I requested my medical records. After getting the runaround for over a month I was informed they would need $50 to obtain them. Meanwhile I’m unmedicated and communication has been awful. They have been unfriendly and unhelpful. These people are grifters.
I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave a review for Dr. Jubelirer, but here it is—20 years in the making. Dr. Jubelirer has been my doctor since I was a kid, and he’s truly one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever known.
