I can understand why this business is struggling. My experience with the receptionist, April, was extremely disappointing. She came across as rude, dismissive, and belittling throughout the interaction. I don't understand why someone who is uncomfortable working with the public would choose a customer-facing role. Customer service has a huge impact on a business, and unfortunately, this has been multiple experiences that leave a very negative impression.
I can not recommend this team highly enough. April and Alyssa are absolute gems! From the moment I walk in. I’m greeted with upbeat, smiling faces and promptly taken care of. They are highly organized, efficient and CLEARLY care about how you are doing and if there any concerns I have. They honestly care about how you are doing. Dr. Jublieri is a skilled Physician who takes your individual needs into account before making any decisions for care. I found him delightful. 5 star team BRAVO! It’s hard to find.
Ive been a patient, for about 15 + years. As well for my daughter. We look forward to coming here. We see dr david jubelirer. Always greeted kindly, professional by his staff! | HIPPA VIOLATION | - The following is a conversation with one of the secretary’s at the office; I requested my medical records from the Attention Disorders Clinic to be sent to another medical office. Upon my request I found out that my medical records are being held by a third party company. Upon this realization, I asked about additional details regarding the third party medical record company. Unfortunately this is a bittersweet review. My daughter has been receiving treatment here and loves it! However with a job change came insurance change. Thank you! I needed my kids records. I walked in explained the situation and the sweet receptionist was kind and helpful and was able to help me no problems. Thank you!
