Amazing place! 10/10
I had a good experience with Rachel here in terms of her being a great listener, supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. But it was mostly talk therapy ( me sharing my thoughts and feelings) with some CBT but not a ton of actual intervention performed during my sessions. I am moving on to look for EMDR therapy, but used Rachel for over a year through a really rough time in life losing my mom to dementia; I am forever grateful for her support.
The intake process and communication with the practice manager, Leah, has been phenomenal. Very quick, efficient, and well-organized!! They have a great group of practitioners in both Holden and Worcester locations. We have seen Erin for our younger son and she is patient, empathetic, and fantastic with our 5 year old son. Super easy to work with and coordinate care. Quick process to get in, evaluated, and get answers, as well as next step directions.
We had a very negative experience with Rachel here. She was arrogant and not helpful at all. She needs to go back to school to learn compassion. I would look somewhere else.
