Amazing place! 10/10
I had a good experience with Rachel here in terms of her being a great listener, supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. But it was mostly talk therapy ( me sharing my thoughts and feelings) with some CBT but not a ton of actual intervention performed during my sessions. I am moving on to look for EMDR therapy, but used Rachel for over a year through a really rough time in life losing my mom to dementia; I am forever grateful for her support.
The intake process and communication with the practice manager, Leah, has been phenomenal. Very quick, efficient, and well-organized!! They have a great group of practitioners in both Holden and Worcester locations. We have seen Erin for our younger son and she is patient, empathetic, and fantastic with our 5 year old son. We also have seen Deirdre for our 12 year old son. She is funny, relatable, and our son looks forward to meeting with her! Super easy to work with and coordinate care. Quick process to get in, evaluated, and get answers, as well as next step directions.
We had a very negative experience with Rachel here. She was arrogant and not helpful at all. She needs to go back to school to learn compassion. I would look somewhere else.
