Very sloooooow. They don’t care about driver

Arrived at 9am for a 1:30 appt. Told to come back 30 mins prior. Not a problem. Arrived at 1 told to park in gravel and they will come get you when your door is available. Came and got me at 4:30, moved to a second dock at 6:30. It’s 8:30 now and finally back in the office waiting for paperwork. Make sure you’ll get decent detention paid before coming here! You’ll definitely accrue it!
I read all the negative reviews so I was skeptical when going there. But my experience was completely different. My appointment was 5:40pm. Got to the security guard around 3:30pm She called the shipping office and they told her to let me in. Checked in, the lady was super nice, she told me to park and wait for someone to come get me. At 4:30pm, Nick came and asked me to go to the door. By 5:10pm I was done and out Thanks Nick. You are an amazing guy. Keep up the good job. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
