As someone who has been involved with attendant care since 2018 - before we had clients. I am highly disappointed in what ACC has become. This company went from caring about its clients and staffs well being to this money hungry careless “Business”. There's so much to say but I've condensed it to this: *Punishments outweigh rewards and EVERYTHING is based on attendance and absences (attendance policy attached to pics) vs hard work and dedication.
